Building respect and responsibility for each other

Admission and Documentation

  • Please ensure you have submitted all the required documents.

  • Until the documents are submitted, admission is provisional only and does not entitle TC for your ward.


School Timings and Attendance

  • Do not drop off/pick up your ward more than 15 minutes before/after school timings.

  • Students should arrive only in the neat and tidy school uniform.

  • Inform the school about leaves, early departure, or pick-up of your ward by someone else in advance with a written notice.

  • Continuous absence beyond 2 weeks without prior notice may lead to suspension of your ward from the school rolls.


Communication

  • Ensure your WhatsApp number is added to the class and transport groups.

  • Regularly check WhatsApp, planners, school diaries, books, and notebooks for updates.

  • Always sign the diary if there are remarks by the teacher.

  • Inform the school if your contact details or address have changed.

  • Please ensure that you call or message during school hours (from 8 am to 3 pm) only on working days.

  • Parents should take a prior appointment to meet a staff.


Transportation

  • Student must maintain discipline at all times while travelling to school and back.

  • Be ready 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup/drop time.

  • Be mindful of other students using the transport facility.

  • Senior students are expected to care for the younger ones while the younger should respect their seniors.

  • Students must take care of properties of the vehicles such as seat cover, window parts, matt etc. Damage to the above properties are liable to be fined.

  • Inform the driver in advance if your ward is absent.

  • Follow the rules as mentioned in the Transportation Requisition Slip.


Curriculum Kit

  • Label all books, notebooks, bottles, and lunch boxes.

  • Use simple, leak-proof water bottles and lunch boxes.

  • Pack nutritious food in the lunch boxes. Avoid sending unhealthy food items such as chips, ketchup, biscuits, namkeen, etc.

  • No stationery should be sent till the UKG grade.

  • Please ensure that all books and notebooks are labelled clearly and then submitted to the school.

  • Relevant study material will be sent home from Monday to Thursday, which your ward should bring the next day after doing the given homework.

  • Most study material will be sent home on Friday, which your ward should bring back to school on Monday.

  • Study material should not be sent on Saturday unless requested.

  • Kindly fill in all details in the “Personal Information” page of the School Diary along with your signatures.

  • Kindly go through the “Rules and Regulations” page of the School Diary and sign it.

  • Students should not bring valuables, loose items, or wear accessories to school. The school will not be responsible for the loss of such items or any unlabelled belongings.


Assessments

  • To assess the learning of our students, the school will conduct both oral and written assessments at regular intervals throughout the academic year.

  • The assessment structure is as follows:

    • Periodic Assessments 1 and 2 (SA 1): The average score of PA1 and PA2 will be considered towards Summative Assessment 1, which will carry a weightage of 40%.
    • Periodic Assessment 3 (SA 2): Carries a weightage of 30%.
    • Periodic Assessment 4 (SA 3): Carries a weightage of 30%.
    • Play Group: Only PA4 carrying a weightage of 100% will be conducted for the play group class.

  • Class tests and monthly assessments will be graded for internal monitoring but will not be included in the final report card.

  • As per the academic policy, no student up to Grade 8 will be failed under normal circumstances. However, in consultation with the parents, the school may recommend class repetition if necessary for the ward's academic growth.

  • Attendance during assessments is mandatory, except in exceptional situations such as certified medical reasons or a family emergency (e.g., bereavement) and must be supported by valid written documentation.

  • Average score of the appeared examinations subject wise would be allotted if a student remains absent during assessment.

  • In an extreme situation that a student does not appear for any assessment, the student will be marked "Passed without Exam" as per the academic policy.


Birthdays

  • Parents can celebrate their ward's birthday in the school.

  • If you are sending cake, please ensure that you also send sufficient plates and spoons.

  • Gifts of not more than ₹100 are recommended for distribution in your ward's class only.

  • Parents are requested to refrain from distributing food items due to health- and allergy-related concerns.

  • If you want to invite your ward's classmates to a party, we have an Invite All or None Policy to avoid excluding anyone and potentially hurting feelings.

  • Parents should send their invitation card to the school, which will be further extended among all students.

  • Similarly, if parents wants to send any gift item for staff, we recommend to send same gift item for all staff members to avoid excluding anyone and potentially hurting feelings.

  • Parents can also donate for school utility items after consulting in the office.


Private Tuitions

  • Parents should not approach school staff directly for home tuition.

  • Parents must inform the school if you have engaged a school staff for private tuition or any other occupation.

  • Such contract must be considered as taking place solely and entirely between the parent and the staff.

  • The school will not be responsible for any actions of the staff outside the school premises.


Library

  • Students are encouraged to make the maximum use of the library. Strict silence and order must be observed in the library.

  • Students should not keep a book for more than seven days without the permission of the librarian.

  • Sub-lending library books or circulating them among outsiders is stricly forbidden.

  • Astudent who damages or loses a book will be fined.


Behaviour

  • Encourage basic hygiene habits at home.

  • Your ward should avoid screen time.

  • Your ward should not engage in activities such as abusing, hitting, pushing, stealing, cheating, defaming, demeaning, destroying, or damaging facilities, etc.

  • The school reserves the right to withdraw admission of a student on any of the following grounds:

    • Physical or mental disability to cope with the schooling
    • Unruly or undesirable behaviour of the student/parents/guardians


Fee Payment

  • The fee is payable quarterly, with due dates on the 7th of April, July, October, and January.

  • Late fee penalties apply for delayed payments.

  • Tuition Fee will apply for the entire quarter irrespective of the number of days your ward was present in that quarter.

  • Only caution money is refundable, unless the admission is withdrawn within 3 days of enrolment, after deducting dues if any.

  • Only the tuition fee of subsequent quarters, if paid in advance, is refundable, subject to a notice period of 30 days or one month's tuition fee in lieu thereof.

  • No fees will be refunded if your ward is terminated due to an unruly behaviour or a disciplinary action.

  • A written application for withdrawal must be submitted to get a TC or refunds.

  • New admission formalities would be required once a student's name is struck off for any reason.

  • All the dues of the year must be cleared before 20th of Feb. The grade sheet of your ward will be provided to only if all the dues of year are cleared.


Indemnification

  • The school and its staff shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss of any nature occurring within or outside the school premises resulting from any act, expression, negligence, or disciplinary issues—whether intentional or unintentional—on the part of students, parents, or guardians.

  • The school and its staff will be free from any liabilities, claims, suits, demands, judgements, costs, interests, and expenses arising from such situations.
